TeSing은 YouTube API 서비스, Google AdMob 광고, Cloudflare 서버, 익명 이용 통계와 승객 리모컨을 사용합니다. 이 방침은 TeSing이 접근·수집·저장·이용·공유하는 정보와 삭제 방법을 설명합니다.
1. 처리하는 정보와 목적

2. YouTube 및 Google 서비스
TeSing은 YouTube API 서비스를 사용합니다. YouTube 내장 플레이어를 불러오거나 재생하면 Google 또는 YouTube가 영상 표시, 재생 가능 여부 확인, 맞춤화, 보안과 부정 사용 방지를 위해 IP 주소, 기기·네트워크 정보, 재생 상호작용 및 쿠키·WebView 저장소와 유사 기술의 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
TeSing은 Google 또는 YouTube 로그인을 요구하지 않고 사용자의 비공개 YouTube 계정 정보에 접근하지 않습니다. YouTube 관련 처리는 Google 개인정보처리방침과 YouTube 이용약관을 따릅니다.
3. Google AdMob 광고
앱에는 Google Mobile Ads SDK를 이용한 배너 광고와 곡 사이 전면 광고가 표시될 수 있습니다. Google Mobile Ads SDK는 광고 제공, 측정, 분석과 부정 사용 방지를 위해 다음 정보를 자동으로 수집하거나 Google과 공유하고 기기 저장소·식별자 또는 유사 기술을 사용할 수 있습니다.
- IP 주소 및 이를 이용해 추정한 대략적인 위치
- 앱 실행, 탭, 광고 및 영상 조회 등의 사용자 상호작용
- 앱과 광고 SDK의 성능 및 진단 정보
- Android 광고 ID, 앱 세트 ID 등의 기기 또는 계정 식별자
전송 정보는 TLS로 암호화됩니다. 사용자는 Android 설정에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있으며, 관련 지역에서는 Google User Messaging Platform 동의 화면과 앱 설정의 광고 개인정보 옵션에서 선택을 관리할 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 Google 개인정보처리방침과 Google 광고 기술 안내를 확인하세요.
4. TeSing 서버, 내부 이용 및 외부 공유
TeSing 개발자는 서비스 운영, 장애 대응과 익명 통계 확인을 위해 서버의 집계 정보와 활성 임시 방 데이터에 접근할 수 있습니다. TeSing은 개인정보나 YouTube API 데이터를 판매하지 않습니다.
기능 제공을 위해 다음 외부 처리자와 정보가 처리될 수 있습니다.
- Google/YouTube: 검색어, 공개 YouTube API 데이터, 내장 플레이어의 기기·네트워크·재생 정보
- Google AdMob: 광고 제공과 측정을 위한 기기·광고·상호작용 정보
- Cloudflare: 서버 호스팅, 보안, 임시 캐시와 데이터베이스 처리 과정의 IP 주소·네트워크 정보 및 TeSing 서버 데이터
- 같은 리모컨 방 참가자: 승객이 입력한 별명과 공동 예약 목록
5. TeSing 인기곡과 익명 통계
TeSing은 최근 7일 동안 앱에서 실제 재생된 노래방 영상의 순위를 제공하기 위해 다음 정보를 TeSing 서버로 전송합니다.
- YouTube 영상 ID, 영상 제목, 채널명 및 썸네일 주소
- 같은 설치 환경에서 같은 곡이 하루에 중복 집계되는 것을 막기 위해 앱이 임의 생성한 값과 날짜를 해시한 64자리 값
하루 단위 해시는 다음 날 변경되며 Android 광고 ID, 예약자 이름, 이메일 또는 전화번호를 포함하지 않습니다. 앱 사용 현황을 파악하기 위해 같은 방식의 하루 단위 해시로 날짜별 활성 기기 수를 집계합니다. 중복 방지 기록은 8일 이후, 날짜별 재생 횟수와 활성 기기 기록은 30일 이후 삭제됩니다. 곡별 최근 7일 합계는 다른 사용자에게 TeSing 사용자 재생 기준 순위로 공개됩니다.
YouTube 검색 기능의 안정성과 API 할당량을 관리하기 위해 날짜별 전체 검색 횟수와 실제 YouTube API 호출 횟수만 30일 동안 보관합니다. 이 통계에는 사용자가 입력한 검색어가 포함되지 않습니다.
서비스 개선을 위해 예약 추가, 즐겨찾기 추가, 점수 기능 사용, 다음 곡 이동, 재생 세션 종료 및 승객 리모컨 사용과 같은 기능의 실행 횟수를 날짜별로 집계합니다. 앱에서 발생한 기능 이용에는 위와 같은 하루 단위 해시가 함께 사용되며, 검색어·노래 제목·예약자 이름·점수는 기능 이용 통계에 포함되지 않습니다. 기능 이용 통계는 30일 이후 삭제됩니다.
앱 설정에서 익명 이용 통계 참여를 끄면 이후 재생 및 기능 이용 정보를 전송하지 않습니다. 이미 합산된 횟수는 특정 개인이나 설치 환경과 연결할 수 없어 개별 삭제할 수 없습니다.
서버 통신 과정에서 Cloudflare가 IP 주소와 네트워크 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 앱은 IP 주소를 요청 본문에 포함하지 않으며 TeSing D1 데이터베이스에도 저장하지 않습니다. Cloudflare의 처리는 Cloudflare 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
6. 승객 리모컨과 브라우저 저장소
사용자가 승객 리모컨 방을 만들면 임시 방 번호와 방장 인증값의 해시를 서버에 저장합니다. 승객이 QR 코드 또는 방 주소로 접속해 노래를 예약하면 다음 정보가 서버에 전송됩니다.
- 승객이 직접 입력한 예약자 이름 또는 별명
- YouTube 영상 ID, 영상 제목, 채널명 및 썸네일 주소
방장 인증값 원문은 방장 앱 기기에만 저장되고 서버에는 단방향 해시만 저장됩니다. 방과 예약 정보는 방장이 방을 종료하거나 방 생성 후 최대 4시간이 지나면 자동 삭제됩니다. 승객 웹페이지에 입력한 예약자 이름은 해당 승객의 브라우저에 다음 이용 편의를 위해 저장될 수 있으며 브라우저의 사이트 데이터 삭제 기능으로 제거할 수 있습니다.
승객 웹페이지는 다음 이용 편의를 위해 예약자 이름을 브라우저 localStorage에 저장할 수 있습니다. YouTube, Google AdMob과 Cloudflare도 각 방침에 따라 쿠키, 광고 ID, WebView·브라우저 저장소 또는 유사 기술을 저장·접근·인식할 수 있습니다.
7. 보관, 삭제와 사용자 선택
기기 내부 정보는 Android 설정의 앱 데이터 삭제 또는 앱 제거로 삭제할 수 있고, 브라우저 정보는 사이트 데이터 삭제로 제거할 수 있습니다. 인기곡 중복 방지 기록은 8일, 날짜별 재생·활성 기기·검색·기능 이용 집계와 서버의 곡 메타데이터는 최대 30일, 승객 방과 예약은 최대 4시간 보관합니다. 프로모션 등록 기록은 혜택 만료 후 최대 30일 더 보관한 뒤 삭제합니다. 설정에서 익명 이용 통계 참여를 끄면 이후 관련 전송이 중단됩니다.
서버에 저장된 관련 데이터 삭제는 아래 이메일로 요청할 수 있으며 확인 가능한 데이터는 가능한 한 빨리, 늦어도 7일 안에 처리합니다. 익명으로 이미 합산되어 특정 사용자와 연결할 수 없는 집계는 개별 삭제가 불가능할 수 있습니다. TeSing 데이터 삭제는 YouTube에 저장된 데이터나 콘텐츠를 삭제하지 않습니다.
8. 방침 변경
기능이나 관련 법령이 변경되면 이 방침을 개정하고 시행일을 갱신합니다.

TeSing uses YouTube API Services, Google AdMob, Cloudflare-hosted services, anonymous usage analytics, and a passenger remote feature. This policy explains what information TeSing accesses, collects, stores, uses, shares, and how users can delete it.
1. Information and purposes

2. YouTube and Google
TeSing uses YouTube API Services. Search terms are sent through a Cloudflare-hosted TeSing server to the YouTube Data API. When an embedded YouTube player is loaded or played, Google or YouTube may process IP address, device and network information, playback interactions, cookies, WebView storage, or similar technologies to render the player, determine playability, customize playback, and prevent fraud and abuse.
TeSing does not require a Google or YouTube login and does not access private YouTube account data. YouTube-related processing is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and YouTube Terms of Service.
3. Google AdMob
TeSing may display banner ads and interstitial ads between songs. Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect or share IP address and approximate location, app and ad interactions, diagnostics, advertising ID, app set ID, device storage, and similar technologies for ad delivery, measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention. Where required, users can manage consent through Google's consent form and the app's advertising privacy options. See the Google Privacy Policy and Google advertising technologies.
4. Internal use and external sharing
The TeSing developer may access aggregate statistics and active temporary-room data for service operation and troubleshooting. TeSing does not sell personal information or YouTube API Data. Information may be processed by Google/YouTube for search and playback, Google AdMob for advertising, and Cloudflare for hosting, security, temporary caching and database services. A nickname and queue are visible to participants in the same remote room.
5. Device, browser and similar technologies
TeSing uses Android app storage and preferences for local features. The passenger website may store the requester nickname in browser localStorage. YouTube, Google AdMob and Cloudflare may place, access, or recognize cookies, advertising identifiers, WebView/browser storage, or similar technologies under their respective policies.
6. Retention, deletion and choices
Users can delete local data by clearing TeSing app data or uninstalling the app, and can remove browser data through browser site-data controls. Play deduplication records are kept for 8 days; daily play, active-device, search and feature aggregates and server-side song metadata for up to 30 days; remote rooms and reservations for up to 4 hours; and promotion redemption records until expiry and for up to 30 additional days. Disabling anonymous usage statistics stops subsequent related transmissions.
Users may request deletion of identifiable server data at the email below. Verifiable requests are handled as soon as possible and no later than 7 days. Aggregates that can no longer be linked to a user may not be individually removable. Deleting TeSing data does not delete information or content held by YouTube.
